A little bit about camp:

Reborn Ranch is a Bible, saddle, and life skills youth camp located in Hampton, Iowa, on approximately 30 acres of land featuring horse facilities, timber, and a scenic creek winding through the south pasture.

We offer two-week-long camps where young men and women experience life on a ranch while learning and memorizing the truths of God's Word. Campers will also develop valuable life skills through hands-on learning. Some of these opportunities may include:

  • Basic vehicle maintenance

  • Painting and various domestic skills

  • Food preservation

  • Lawn care, landscaping, and gardening

  • Fixing fences and animal care

  • Building projects and more

While hard work is an important part of life at Reborn Ranch, campers also have time for recreation and fellowship. Activities may include:

  • Horseback riding

  • Fishing and swimming

  • Hiking through the timber

  • Campfire devotions and singing

  • Outdoor games and challenges

  • Capture the Flag

  • Volleyball

  • Crafts

Reborn Ranch operates on a free-will donation basis, allowing anyone with a desire to attend the opportunity to do so, regardless of financial means. We trust that the Lord will provide for the needs of this ministry as we continue to serve.

This is God's Ranch, and we pray it will be a place where campers can disconnect from the distractions of the world, see the beauty of His creation, experience His promises, and be encouraged in the hope and future we have in Christ.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the campers stay?
Campers stay in the bunkhouse along with youth counselors to provide a safe and structured environment, just like most other camps.

Do campers stay at the ranch?
Yes, campers stay on-site for the full two-week session.

Can campers attend only part of the camp?
No, campers are required to attend the full two-week session. Each camp is designed as a complete experience, and partial attendance would disrupt the structure and learning process. What about meals?
Campers are provided with homecooked meals and snacks each day to keep them well-nourished and ready for the day’s work and activities.

Are there bathrooms and showers?
Yes, the ranch has bathrooms with full showering facilities to ensure campers can clean up after a full day of work and activities.

What should campers bring?
A full packing list will be provided upon acceptance, but general items include work clothes, boots, bedding, and a Bible.
